HU’s Matcha Latte

Serves: 1

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Optional: 1 tablespoon collagen for protein + benefits

Add all ingredients into blender + blend on high for 1 minute
Grab a handful of ice if you prefer cold or heat in Vitamix for warm + enjoy!

 

 

Another fun way to use Matcha:

Make Matcha popsicles!
Just grab popsicle molds + freeze for 1 hour + add popsicle sticks + freeze till completely solid + voilà!
